On the Andean Bear’s traces

This climbing route of the emblematic Cerro El Gobernador is perfect for experimented hikers and trekkers. We will go deep inside the humid and cloudy forests until reaching a unique summit, dotted with clusias and typical frailejones (Asteraceas) plants. On our way, we will see spectacular rock formations, huge trees, traces of the Andean Bear (Tremarctos ornatus), curious flocks of birds, moss and likens. An intense experience that peaks with the most spectacular view over Calderas and the Andean piedmont. If the weather is clear we will be able to catch sight of the high occidental plateau.
